NISYROS X EGGS

Planned but spontaneous, "Nisyros x Eggs" documents three experiments of cooking in collaboration with natural energy sources.

Visiting the island of Nisyros for the first time with just a handful of basic tools, the designer explored everyday habits, local materials and life on the island before conceiving and producing the video. All featured materials were found on site.

"Nisyros x Eggs" is the result of a seven-day design residency at Sterna Nisyros Residencies, along with other participants of “Its all, oh so souvenir to me” platform, in September 2014.
